1、本产品减水率高，可达15-30%，且能显著提高混凝土各龄期的强度。

2、同等施工条件和设计强度掺加本产品，可节省水泥10-20%。

四  适用范围scope of application

本产品可广泛用于建筑、公路、桥梁、机场、港口、码头、预制构件等混凝土的工程。

Widely used in building road airport seaport and premix concrete project.

五     推荐掺量Recommended range of dosage

一般掺量为0.5-1.2%，适宜掺量为0.75%，用户可根据外加剂与水泥的适应性，通过混凝土试验，选择最佳掺量。

Normal dosage is 0.5%-1.2%.the doage is 0.75%.can make best doage by test .

六  包装Packing

粉状减水剂采用有塑料袋衬里的编织袋包装、防潮纸袋包装，每袋净重25 kg或40 kg；液体外加剂采用塑料桶、金属桶包装，每桶净重200kg、1000kg；也可采用槽车散装运输。

运输时要防雨防潮， 避免结块。铁桶包装要求密封，防止遗漏。

Powder are packaged in a plastic bag lined woven bag or paper bag ,net weight :25kg .40kg .liquid admixture are packaged in a plastic barrel or metal bucket ,barrel net weight : 200kg,1000kg also can use bulk transport tanker.

Transport should proven moisture ,the dram should prevent leakage or evaportation drying.

七  贮存条件及有效期Storage conditions and period of validity

粉剂应贮存在干燥、通风的仓库内。若受潮结块，需经过粉碎达到规定细度要求或溶解为液体后使用。超过保质期，必须经过试验检测决定可否继续使用。

本产品有效期为2年。

八  使用方法Method of use

    外加剂为粉剂时，将水泥、砂、石、外加剂一起加入搅拌机，干拌均匀后，再加入拌合水，一起搅拌2-3min。有条件滞后掺减水效果更好。

外加剂为液体时，将水泥、砂、石，一次投入搅拌机，干拌均匀后，再加拌合水，一起搅拌2-3min。有条件滞后掺减水效果更好。

When it is powder ,mix well of cement sand and stone then put in water last step put in admixture is better .

When the product is liquid ,put admixture in last step is best one .

九  注意事项matters needing attention

1、  用户初次使用本产品，或水泥等材料发生变化时需通过混凝土试验，确定最佳掺量。

  First use this product ,should make test to make best doasage .

2、掺入液体产品时应在混凝土配合比中扣除减水剂当中的水量。

When add liquid ,please deduce the water in the admixture.

十     安全防护提示Safety tips

1、本品为弱碱性固体，无毒、无腐蚀性，但不可食用，当接触到人体时，应尽快用清水冲洗，造成过敏现象时应及时就医治疗。

This is a little alika liquid ,no toxic ,no corrision ,when torch it ,should clear in water .to hospital when possible .

 

2、本产品粉末较细，使用时容易产生粉尘，应佩戴口罩、手套及其它防护用品。
